FileManager4FM (Freeware)
FileManager4FM is a Claris FileMaker program that enables the management of content on various storage media, including USB sticks. The user interface is designed as a single column and displays a horizontal folder structure above the file list.
The program offers basic file management functions such as listing, renaming, moving, copying, and deleting files and directories. In addition, users can unzip and compress ZIP files. A full-featured FTP client is also integrated.
Users can access and run the Claris FileMaker Server console directly in FileManager4FM.

After starting the program, you must enter a password. When starting for the first time, please log in as “FRSuser” with the password “FRSuser”. You can then enter and save your own login details in the settings (4).
Select the desired language. Additional languages can be created in the settings or existing languages can be replaced.
Then fill in all the required fields and enter your usual account details.
When you save, your address details will be stored in my registration database.
The menu offers three layouts for FileMaker files, programs, and files.
You can insert up to 30 FileMaker files, which can then be opened with your own password. These files can be color-coded to group them together.
If FileManager4FM is obstructing your screen, you can “minimize” it. This will close windows 2 and 3 and minimize window 1. The window will then be displayed in the size and position of a widget. Clicking on the FR Software logo will reopen the main menu.

Call up External Data Sources Management. The desired FileMaker file can now be added to a menu entry. The name “$$Dummy” should not be deleted. It serves as a placeholder.
